The game was $100-$200 stud8. It was a thick and fast game where I was being pumped like a piece of fresh jailbait. I punished my account to the tune of 12k and would have hired a gun and bought a bullet if I could afford it. Rather than ease the pain the easy way, I chose to treat my paralytic attention span with a dose of railing action.
To most, watching another player play poker is the most retarded thing anyone could possibly do. For the most part, this is true. But, if it’s the greatest heads up player in the world you are watching, then there is nothing better you could do with your time. A man named Hoss_TBF is well-known as the greatest HU player alive, and watching him play, makes me question if I am human or if in fact he is super-human. He was playing a guy $200-400 limit headsup hold’em and in about 2 hours he had taken 60k from his opponent. A fellow railer, who proved he is light years ahead of my railing ability, typed to the victim in the chat box ‘nice game selection bud’. Those 4 words were executed with such precision and accuracy, I had to take a step back to fully take in the awesomeness of the comment. The victim was not impressed and instant-stood up from the table.
When I try to imagine the kind of people that play in my games, I come up with something like this:
